Generative AI and Edtech: How a Yenda Team Produces Content for Kinnu

Have you ever been curious about learning something but didn’t know where to start? Have you ever read something super interesting, then forgotten about it minutes later? Let us introduce you to Kinnu. Kinnu is a superpower learning engine, utilizing gamified learning pathways to explore new ideas and master anything.

Kinnu is composed of world-class content: text, audio, and images. Each learning pathway averages 16,000 words of content and Kinnu's head of content and game design spent most of his week pumping out content. Desiring to free up more time to work on value-add projects, he asked Yenda to build a team to source images and generate audio for their learning pathways.

Within 3 days we built a content creation team for Kinnu that leverages Generative AI, specifically Midjourney, to produce high-quality AI images for their learning pathways. Here's how it works:

  1. Kinnu inputs image descriptions in a Google sheet.
  2. Yenda team sources images on Midjourney.
  3. Yenda team downloads the image and uploads it to the Google sheet + our Google Drive file with Kinnu.

We have a project lead at the helm of Kinnu's Yenda team who directly communicates with Kinnu. She relays all information to the team: KPIs, deadlines, updates, and feedback. She fully manages the team on clocking in/out, engagement, answering questions, and ensuring high-quality is delivered to Kinnu. Over the past 10 months, we've worked on many tasks for Kinnu: blog uploading, SEO for blog headings, audio generation using Murph AI, and chart creation. Now, we mainly focus on image sourcing.

Hannah Celina, Co-founder of Kinnu, says this about working with a Yenda team:

"The tasks we needed help with were quite complex and required a high level of skills and expertise. I am impressed how our collaboration has grown and absolutely love working with the Yenda team!"

Remember above when we mentioned Kinnu's head of content and game design was looking to save time to focus on other value-add projects? He now saves 18-24 hours per week.
